This house was built by a local doctor in 1936. He made use of the original stone found in the area to create this unique cottage effect that is still admitted today. The wooden floors are all original imported Oregon pine which has incorporated with Burmese teak finishes.
The current owners renovated and furnished the cottage very tastefully yet maintained the original feeling of old. The establishment can accommodate up to eight people and appeals to both up market and local holiday clients alike.
Entering the home from the front covered patio you are welcomed into an entrance hall by original imported Oregon floors and the Burmese Teak staircase that takes you to three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There are ocean views from all the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Breath taking view can be enjoyed from this room.
Flowing from the entrance you have a large lounge with a sunroom diner, original fireplace, and access to a dedicated coffee nook. The modern kitchen finishes are granite tops and plenty of cupboards. The extended scullery / laundry flow off the kitchen with access to the back garden.
