The farm is situated in the fertile Kaap River valley in the area known as Low's Creek. The area has a high agricultural potential with a favourable sub-tropical climate, deep fertile soils and sufficient water supply from the Low's Creek as well as from the Kaap River. The farm consists of two portions, both bordering the Kaap River, triangular in shape with gentle contours along the valley becoming steep up the mountain side. Approximately one hundred and eighty-eight hectares are arable with sufficient water, which calculates to roughly forty seven percent of the total area. The well drained soils of the cultivated area on the farm lend itself to the production of citrus, papaya, macadamia and other sub-tropical tree crops. The total water allocation from the Low's Creek as well as the Kaap River is 580 500 m³ per annum with an additional 173 550 m³ from registered boreholes. The water is fed into two registered irrigation dams and two storage dams, from where it is distributed. Banana plantations cover fortyfive hectares, two hectares are planted to lychees and four hectares are planted to papaya. Seven hectares have been planted to Midnight citrus recently. The balance of approximately sixty hectares is available for cash crops. Approximately seventy hectares of bush is considered to be arable. Building improvements include two houses, a packhouse, storage, staff accommodation and pumphouses. The farm is sold as a going concern with a comprehensive range of equipment included.
