Potential to restyle in Fort England

This home is just too cute. The rooms are all a good size with the open plan lounge/dining area being just perfect. The fireplace during winter is sure to warm the entire room and the cottage pane doors to the outdoor braai area open the space to the outside. The outdoor braai area is private and the rest of the garden wraps perfectly around the house. While this home does need a few cosmetic touch-ups it has got such a good feeling. What I like the most is the 3rd bedroom with en-suite and coffee/tea station. I don't know why but I just love it! This room has a door that either allows the owner to open it up to the rest of the house or close it to have a tenant. This 3rd bedroom/flatlet has a separate entrance at the back of the property. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom with separate toilet. Most convenient. The kitchen has some stunning features too and the back door leads out to the driveway and single garage. The single garage is a little bit bigger than normal. So, plenty of storage space. Is this a property project you can call home?
