International visitors looking to stay in Hermanus (for a minimum of one and maximum of four months) are welcome to contact me for more information and to confirm the most updated availability of this lovely property. The rental includes all property related expenses plus one cleaning per week. 2024 Availability : now till 30 September; 1-30 November. It is set in a quiet street in Voëlklip, Hermanus, walking distance to the popular Fernkloof hiking trails and near the renowned white sanded (blue-flag) Grotto Beach. It is within a few minutes' drive to smaller and picturesque blue-flag beaches namely Voëlklip and Kammabaai beaches. This address allows residents to escape the traffic and busyness of the holiday season, yet places them in close proximity to shops, excellent restaurants, art galleries and an easy drive up the Hemel & Aarde Wine Route for some of the best wine tasting experiences in the Western Cape. In terms of electricity supply, the house is serviced by solar panels and inverters. In terms of security, the property has high walls right around, with automated gates and an alarm system. Tenants interested in renting a vehicle during their stay may rent a Suzuki Swift from the landlord. Kindly note that the property has a firm no-child / pet policy.
