A beautiful little hideaway! A modern, three bedroom home situated within a gated estate on St Francis Bay Canals

** Available during the year for a minimum of 7 days ** ** Booked from the 18th December until the 8th January 2022 ** This beautiful little property is securely tucked away in a private estate. You are close enough to enjoy the festivities but also in a position where you can sneak away and enjoy your own family privacy. Perfectly appointed, this darling home will not disappoint you. Situated in a gated estate on the canals (Not with water frontage) but access to the canal from within the estate with an assigned private jetty. A short walk to the Quayside restaurant and all the action but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility you deserve on holiday. As you enter, you are welcomed by lots of light thanks to the north-facing sliding door that opens from the dining area and lounge. Crisp, clean finishes throughout with a cozy fire in the lounge on those cooler evenings. The kitchen overlooks the dining area that opens out onto a sheltered stoep with seating. On the other side of the kitchen is access to the scullery, courtyard back door and door that leads into the garage. The garage is not included in the letting of this property but access is allowed as the top loader washing machine is situated in there. All the official bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with additional sleeping space for small children in the mezzanine area upstairs. All rooms are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a lovely sized en-suite with the two remaining rooms, a double and twin room, sharing a full bathroom. The mezzanine is spacious. There is a corner couch, TV, a pool table and two single beds. This is not an official bedroom but can serve as an overflow for the younger members of the group. This house comes complete with WIFI, Netflix and also has its own mooring within the estate! A superb home ideal for long weekend breaks, short or long holidays. You will not want to go back home in a rush, that's for sure! Rates quoted are subject to change and excludes cleaning/laundry/booking fees.
