The neatest, cutest digs in town with an excellent return on investment.

I viewed this older property on the hottest day of the year. In the middle of the day and it was just so pleasant. It was cool inside, and the shaded garden provided another source of refuge from the scorching heat we sometimes experience in Makhanda. I'm not sure that anything I write can really do it justice. It does make a huge amount of sense. All 3 bedrooms in the main house are big with wooden floors and lots of light. The kitchen and full bathroom are tiled. The living area opens onto a cute courtyard garden with a braai area. Up the small flight of stairs in the garden to the 1 room flat that has its own kitchen and bathroom. The flat has its own entrance and looks out onto a beautiful garden with lots of trees. There is off-street parking for 2 cars behind an automated gate. The whole package just works incredibly well, giving house and flat their own privacy and entrances. Currently tenanted for 2024, this property has an excellent return on investment and is managed by PGP Rentals. Any investor would be proud and prudent when considering this property. Within easy walking distance of Rhodes University as well as Victoria Girls. I think this is a good place to start your property investment journey. A responsible buy.
