Renée Carlson

I am Renée Carlson

I am Illovo Beach
I am the exhilarating swim in the Indian Ocean.
I am the lush vegetation underfoot.
I am the shrill morning call of the Hadeda.
I am the gentle breeze coming off the ocean.
I am the majestic Mlovo trees of Illovo Beach.

I am Illovo Beach Agent, Renée Carlson.

Hi, my name is Renée Carlson and I’ve been working at Pam Golding Properties Warner Beach since April 2015. I specialise in residential property sales in Kingsburgh and Amanzimtoti. When I’m not doing that, I love gardening and spending time with my five grandchildren. I love long walks on the beach and find the sea excellent for destressing. I try to read at least one novel a month and always have some type for hand craft on the go such as crochet work or sewing. Please get in touch with me to discuss how I can assist you with your property requirements.

I have been in the real estate industry for over thirteen years now. I wrote the Estate Agency Affairs Board exam in 2003 and successfully completed my NQF5 principal’s exam in 2012. I have spent many years working as a Sole Proprietor in my own business in Gauteng doing residential rentals and sales. I have also spent three enjoyable years working for Pam Golding Properties Kempton Park and have some wonderful memories and experiences with clients and colleagues alike, but nothing can beat the Warner Beach office with its breath taking sea views from the office and the holiday atmosphere it has.

The areas that I work in starts in Athlone Park in Amanzimtoti all the way to and including Illovo Beach on the Natal south coast. I try to concentrate more on the Kingsburgh area which covers Illovo Beach, Winklespruit, Warner Beach, St Winifreds and Doonside. I love being an estate agent because I thrive on working with people from all walks of life. I have no fear of chatting to strangers and therefore I enjoy canvassing, whether it be door to door or telesales.

One of the recent most memorable sales was a “bank assisted” sale. I played a small part in someone’s life that was in financial trouble. I was able to assist them without their home being repossessed or a judgement against their name. I found this experience very humbling and rewarding. In the future I would like many more opportunities to sell “distressed” sales with the assistance of the Banks Assisted Sales team. If you are a distressed buyer, don’t hesitate to call me for assistance in selling your home!

“Thank you so much for your assistance. You are an angel!”

Liz Claasen

“Thank you for the professional manner in which you dealt with this sale!”

Mark Pritchard

“Thank you for the most excellent service to date. It has been a pleasure dealing with you.”

Milton Endlin

“Renée well done on this one. You really persisted!”
