Hello, I’m Jordan Greenhalgh and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2011. I specialise in residential property sales on Pearl Valley Golf Estate, Paarl. When I am not working, I spend time with my family, enjoying the wonderful places to visit in The Winelands, as well as nipping through to Cape Town to visit family and friends.

Prior to joining Pam Golding Properties, I was the Sales and Marketing Manager for Pearl Valley. Over the past 12 years I have built up a thorough and in depth knowledge of this exquisite estate. Whilst I was overseeing the Pam Golding Sales office at Pearl Valley, I was drawn to their ethos and the values instilled in their Agents. I joined the team in 2011, and during this time I have obtained my PPRE accreditation. My commitment to the industry has rewarded me with Gold Club Agent for the past 3 consecutive years.

One of the most satisfying moments of my job is when I meet someone and instantly know which house is for them – whether it’s on the market or not! I love being a matchmaker and sharing in happy endings. Every day is a new experience, as no two clients are the same, no two buyers are the same and no two contracts are the same.

The property law changes quite frequently and, as an agent, I ensure I remain up to speed with any changes. The Pam Golding Training Academy equips us with regular and insightful training to ensure we are well-informed to provide our clients with the service they deserve.

I am fortunate to work in the beautiful Paarl/Franschhoek Valley every day, marketing the magnificent houses of Pearl Valley, and meeting diverse and interesting people from around the world. This exposes me to various cultures which require different approaches to business. I embrace each unique opportunity every client brings.
