I am Sandra Barrett

Kenilworth agent, Sandra Barrett.

Hello, I am Sandy Barrett and I have been with Pam Golding Properties since August 2013, however in the Real Estate industry for over 24 years. I wrote my board exam many years ago in 1991 but understand the importance of continuously investing in myself and knowledge of the industry. I felt it necessary to learn more with regards to Sectional Title Property and completed the UCT/Paddocks S.T Specialist in 2001, and completed the NQF4 Real Estate in 2010. I am a specialised agent focusing on residential sales in Kenilworth, Claremont, Harfield Village and Lower Wynberg – Cape Town.

My warm personality with a “customer first” focus in establishing and maintaining relationships with buyers or sellers brings many clients from all walks of life into my path. Working in real estate is not only about property, it is more about the people. Being a good listener is a strong trait of mine, and I am able to find the new home that gives my clients that warm fuzzy feeling inside. I am always willing to go that extra mile, regardless of their circumstances.

Demonstrating my passion for community involvement I am an active member of my church and belong to several Social Services Societies. I am a team member of Society Stewards and work closely with our minister. My hobbies bring me much pleasure, I enjoy gardening, painting and sketching when time allows. I am never without a good book to read!

“Sandy, I have been enormously impressed with the service you have given me. You have been friendly and helpful and extremely considerate of my tenant, Cynthia, which means a great deal to me. You have made it as pain free as it could possibly be. Thank you once again.”

– Robyn Hey

“Thank you for all the wonderful services you provided once I decided to sell my flat in Cape Town. It took one phone call from Johannesburg to make it all happen. A very big thank you for going the extra mile to assist with the furniture removal, not an easy task sending oversized items over the balcony in the face of the howling South Easter! ”

- Mary Reichert

“Thank you for helping us with the purchase of our new home. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to arranging viewings and giving us all the information we needed. We wish you every success for the future.”

Working in real estate is not only about property, it is more about the people. I love meeting and working with people and being part of a great team of agents. Seeing the reaction when my clients find that dream home is always exciting especially when ty day comes for “moving in” placing the precious items in the new positions and settling in.
