Hello, I am Jeanne Cowan and proud to be associated with the Pam Golding Properties’ team in the South Peninsula, selling in Glencairn Heights, Glencairn, Glen Marine, Cairnside, Welcome Glen and the Paradise Road area in Simon’s Town.

As a fully qualified real estate agent since 2007, I have achieved great success in selling property. I am committed to providing my clients with current property market insights and trends, giving them the knowledge to make informed decisions when it comes to what is arguably their most valuable asset.

To date, my career highlights include selling a Rondebosch property for a record-breaking price (even though I only held the record for a month!) and winning the Top Agent award in the same year and more recently selling the iconic ‘Container House’ in Glencairn Heights also for a record price in the area.

My tenacious personality helped me fight through the tough times of 2018 and achieving 8 sales in Glencairn and Glencairn Heights during that year. It is important to me too and gives me expense joy pairing people up with their dream homes, I especially love the opportunities I get in meeting new clients from all walks of life.

When I am not delivering the best possible real estate service to each and every buyer and seller, I enjoy a good cup of coffee at my local coffee shop, taking my dogs for walks on Glen Beach or just chilling at home with a good book. I must confess if I had an unlimited budget I would love to travel the world.
