Mohammed Valodia

I specialise in residential and commercial sales of properties from Mtwalume to Margate

I relocated to KwaZulu-Natal South Coast a few years ago and have fully enjoyed the change of lifestyle. I love spending time with my family and working out at the gym to keep healthy and fit. My passion for the property industry began from an early age spending most of my time with my Dad who has been in the property industry for almost four decades. He has taught me the basics of buying and selling properties. My interest in real estate has been growing ever since.  Although I come from a family background of real estate, I have also developed a keen aptitude stemming from my sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry.

I started with Pam Golding Properties in Westville in 2013 and will never look back but only going forward towards a successful and fruitful future. I am highly appreciative by accomplishing my goal of becoming a Gold Club Agent.

The pros of working with me will be that I am dedicated, honest, hard-working and loyal. I am confident and will go above and beyond any obstacles to help achieve the needs and wants of my client.

As an experienced agent, I understand that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and will view representation and guidance of my clients through this process as a true privilege.

On a personal note, I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling.

Live Remarkable.

“I just wanted to extend my thanks and appreciation to Mohammed for the efficient and professional manner in which he handled the sale of my property. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who responds promptly, no matter how big or small the query. A job extremely well done”
