I am Sandi Harrison

I am Port Elizabeth
I am the longest greenbelt in the Friendly City.
I am meandering dog walks in the garden suburb.
I am the animal-loving givers at The Bargain Box.
I am the patrons of the vibey restaurants and coffee shops.
I am the children laughing in the playgrounds.

I am Port Elizabeth Agent, Sandi Harrison.

Hello, I'm Sandi and I have been serving the Port Elizabeth property market for 29 years, the last 21 years of which have been with Pam Golding Properties. I was the first agent to be appointed by Pam Golding herself when Pam Golding Properties opened in Port Elizabeth. I hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate Qualification NQF4 and specialise in Walmer where I not only live, but work and play! Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

I have a total of 29 years’ experience in property sales and have lived in Port Elizabeth virtually my whole life! What makes me successful is my outstanding service and I'm proud to have, a wonderful portfolio of references attesting to this. I also love building lasting relationships and I have some families who only use me to handle all their property transactions, and homes that I have sold multiple times over the years. The personal touch goes such a long way and the little things are so important, all of which add up to creating service excellence.

My hard work, dedication, loyalty and upholding of the brand as well as in my own little way trying to emulate Pam have been rewarded and recognised with Gold Club membership. I have also been awarded Top Agent for Eastern Cape and Garden Route three times and was featured as one of the top 30 agents in the Group. Our function is not to “sell” properties but rather to bring people together and get them to agree on certain things to their mutual satisfaction.

I would like to think that I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated. I have the ability to adapt to my clients and their circumstances and know that no two clients are the same, nor are their circumstances the same. Sometimes selling is a happy experience and sometimes a sad experience, so empathy and sensitivity to one's clients' circumstances is of paramount importance. A compliment I received the other day was “Sandi made me feel like I was her only client”. This is what I strive to do for each and every one of my clients.
