Claerwen Hart

I am Claerwen Hart

I am Port Elizabeth
I am the sound of the crowds cheering at the Callies Football Club
I am the convenience of the Sunridge Park Shopping Centre
I am the hiking trails of the Baakens Valley Nature Reserve
I am the whistle of the steam engine at the Miniature Trains
I am the sounds of the guinea fowl cries as they roam the streets of Sunridge Park

I am Port Elizabeth Agent, Claerwen Hart.

Greetings, I am Claerwen Hart from the friendly city of Port Elizabeth. I live in Sunridge Park and focus on the Fernglen, Framesby and Sunridge Park area. I am passionate about food, I love to entertain and some of you might remember me from my episode on “Come Dine with Me SA” in season 3. Passionate about life but very aware that every moment is fleeting, I endeavour to make an impact on the lives of those with whom I come into contact. If we have not yet met, here’s hoping we do so in the near future.

I hold an NQF4 and PDE4 in Real Estate and this, combined with my 9 years’ experience in the industry and my personal understanding of the area as the resident agent, allows me to bring a wealth of knowledge to the table for both sellers and buyers. I am a tough negotiator both at work and home and I need to be with 2 teenage sons and a husband! This has helped me hone my skills to a fine art when it comes to fighting hard for the highest purchase price for my clients. If you need someone to fight for your home, I am your “go to girl”.

I am very actively involved in my community as a member of the Sunfern Community Policing Forum, an active member of the Sunfern Neighbourhood Watch together with my family, founder and member of the Sunridge Park Run Walk Group (which sees a group of ladies walking together every Tuesday and Thursday morning) and a Run Director of the PE Hobie Beach Parkrun in Summerstrand. Any spare time I have you are pretty much guaranteed to find me either in my walking shoes, on my bicycle or in my kitchen. So how do I carry this through in my job?

I endeavour to bring each one of my buyers a home-cooked meal that can be popped into the oven on the first night in their new home. There is nothing better than knowing that, despite a busy day filled with hard work, I have new home owners who are guaranteed to get into bed that night with a happy tummy and a smile on their faces. So, if you are considering either buying or selling, do not hesitate to contact me for a confidential chat over a cup of coffee. If you like, I’ll even bring along a freshly baked cake!

“Buying a house before you even live in a town is scary. Thank you Claerwen for finding us the perfect family home, for your assistance in getting Ruan enrolled in school, for the friendship extended to us and the wonderful support system when we needed it most.”

Niekie Oosthuizen

A man’s house is his castle but the kitchen really is the castle itself. Good food and a warm kitchen are what makes a house a home. This is where we spend our happiest moments and where we find the joy of being a family.
