Bianca van der Merwe

Good day, I’m Bianca van der Merwe and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since July 2015. I specialise in sales in Bendor Park in Polokwane. When I’m not selling properties I enjoy baking over weekends and spending quality time with my family and friends. I am also a nature lover, love helping my community and enjoy being on the farm with my family. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

In addition to being a real estate agent, I am also the receptionist at our office in Polokwane. The love of assisting people in buying their dream homes and also that of assisting the seller to achieve the maximum price in the shortest space of time is what keeps me waking up excited every morning. I believe that I am a helpful and a friendly person. I also strongly believe in being on time for every appointment.

I am one of those people that will set a goal for myself and swiftly achieve it in no time! I absolutely love working in the real estate industry and learning everything I possibly can about all things property as well as how to appropriately work with people. I am currently studying towards achieving my NQF4 qualification through the Chartall Business College. I have no problem working hard and love achieving my goals.

What I love most about working in the real estate industry is the fact that I get to work with people on a daily basis and making their dreams come true. I really love working with people and what makes it so special, is seeing their faces light up when they find that perfect home. I recently concluded a sale in Baobab close to the Waterberry Estate to the value of R1 650 000 and another property in Bendor Bables to the value of R1 200 000. This passion for people combined with property is what defines me.
