Annah Ramaifo

Good day, I am Mmatsididi Ramaifo and I began working with Pam Golding Properties in February 2018. My expertise is residential property sales in Emdo Park, Lesedi Park, Rethabile, Mahlasedi Park, Mahlako and Bendor.

I am a registered Real Estate Intern with a Fidelity Fund Certificate (Number 1190342) and I have begun working towards my NQF4 level Real Estate qualification. Once that is completed I will be writing my Professional Designated Examination (PDE).  I have one year’s experience in the industry, and learn more with every passing day. My eagerness to be the best in the industry is my daily motivation to become a specialized agent for Pam Golding Properties.

After achieving my Matric qualification, I completed and obtained several diplomas in Nursing and worked as a nurse for 12 years. I have also worked as an Administrator for plus minus 5 years, and completed several other short courses.

Whilst working in the nursing profession, I was awarded two awards. It is now my ultimate goal to win awards in the real estate industry.  I strive towards ensuring that I achieve the best for our Polokwane office.

I am equipped with knowledgeable expertise to manage price counseling with homeowners ensuring they are well-informed and supported during this often daunting time.

My love for this work is educating all my clients, from first time buyers to repeat sellers. It is my duty to make sure my clients make an informed property decision. The most rewarding part of my job is when I see my clients moving into their dream homes.

In my personal time, I like spending time with my family and attending church with them. I spend quality time with my mom and take good care of her. My priority is praising God  with songs and praying, sharing God’s love with people and last but not least, reading novel story books, The Holy Bible and newspapers.

Get in touch: let’s discuss how I can help with your property requirements.
