Melissa Slabber

Hello, my name is Melissa Slabber and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since March 2015. I specialise in residential rentals and property management in Paarl and Wellington.

I was born and raised in Blouberg in the Western Cape where I resided until 2015. I then moved to Wellington to start a new adventure with Pam Golding Properties. I was raised in a family of estate agents and therefore obtained a lot of knowledge from an early age.

At the beginning of 2015, I decided to join Pam Golding Properties. I specialise in the renting and management of properties and pride myself in my status as a top producing agent in the Wellington and Paarl region.

It has been a wonderful experience to date, and completely rewarding. My rental portfolio has doubled in my time here and within my first six months, I received an award for being the top rental agent in the Overberg and Boland area. I am passionate about the Pam Golding brand. It is a great company to work for and to represent.

I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but to educate them throughout every step of the process. Armed with topnotch information and market insight, I guide my clients to making the best decision possible. I am honest, and I’m often guilty of telling my clients what they don’t want to hear, but this frank approach always ensures that they make the right decision.

I am hard working and knowledgeable about the real estate industry. I am renowned for my excellent customer service, around-the-clock availability and consistent communication. My strong attention to detail and ability to ensure a positive experience - for all parties involved - is what I excel at. 

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I spend a lot of time on my family farm to relax and unwind.
