Hello, I am Ansie Matthysen your real estate agent with Pam Golding Properties. I specialize in residential property sales in Arabella Country Estate, Onrus and surrounding areas.

I am an expert in my local real estate market and well-educated in the selling and purchasing process. I have been in the real estate industry for 20 years, and hold my PPRE, NQF5/CEA; in addition to my diploma in Education for Senior Primary School.

My many years in the industry has equipped me with sound knowledge, allowing me to serve my clients with professionalism and expertise. I pride myself in always putting my client’s goals, objectives and needs first. Although it’s one of the hardest industries to work in, I love the challenge to achieve successful results for both my buyers and sellers.

In my personal time, I enjoy all the beauty Hermanus has to offer spending many weekends outdoors with my dogs on the beach or relaxing.
