Hi, I am Zahiba and I am your Property Manager for Kileleshwa, Kilimani, Lavington, Hurlingham, Ngong , Karen and Upperhill. I am passionate about real estate and consider Property Management as a key value to increase and sustain a property’s worth. I provide Property Management solutions for residential, commercial and retail developments.

I have Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management with the London Centre of Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland. My key areas of expertise include lease and contract negotiations, marketing & communications, facilities management, sales & letting, market research & analysis, budget development and investor relations.

I have over 10 years’ experience in sales and real estate. I have headed the Property Management for the Westgate Shopping Mall and was the Sales and Letting Manager for the Two Rivers Mall. I have acquired a vast number of retailers/investors both locally and internationally and have supervised assets under management of more than $10 Million.

Property Management for me is not just about how clean a property is, but focuses more on growing its investment value. I therefore have a strategic approach towards Property Management. My areas of focus include: risk identification, facilities and building management, financial implementation and reporting, administrative management and maintenance of investments value. I am grateful to have been exposed to the real estate industry (mainly in shopping centre developments) for over eight years and have faced many challenges during this time. However, self-discipline and determination have paved way for my success.

Real Estate is one of the most dynamic industries. It is always changing and I find myself solving mysteries most of the time, this is exhilarating. I meet new people all the time and when they share their stories, I get both fascinated and inspired. It is said “mountains don’t meet but people do” and this job gives you just that. Each day is something new. Of course, there are the regular day to day tasks but there is always something new in the horizon of real estate. New people, new properties, new challenges to get past….who would be bored?  With this job I never stop learning! Yes, it is intimidating sitting in a boardroom full of questions but as I answer these questions, my brain becomes a sponge absorbing all the information coming through and at the end of the day as I reflect on the day’s events, my brain captures what I have learnt. My Clients are the most important in my job, they have a problem or challenge and I have the solution. It feels good when my client is happy.

When I’m not working, you can find me reading or taking a hike. I enjoy my time with my family and being a foodie, I indulge in different cuisines. Cooking and baking provide a ground for meditation for me.
