Wendy Ngunga

I am Wendy Ngunga

I am Kilimani Kileleshwa
I am the first one up in the morning and last one to fall asleep at night
I am the celebration every time Barcelona scores a goal at the local tavern
I am the footprints on the newly paved sidewalks on my morning jogs
I am the aroma of java coffee lingering throughout the mall
I am the smile of the children being dropped home by the yellow bus at 4:00pm
I am home.

I am Kilimani Kileleshwa Agent Wendy Ngunga

My name is Wendy Ngunga. I joined the Pam Golding Family in November 2018 and have loved every bit of it. I specialize in residential rentals within the Kileleshwa, Kilimani, Upper Hill and Hurlingham areas.

I was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. I went to an all girls catholic school through my primary education and graduated to a British curriculum school for my High School and A levels. I moved to Cape Town, South Africa where I matriculated and thereafter pursued my Undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations at the University Of Cape Town.

I was the president of the East African Society in Cape Town and therefore got to meet an incredible network of people from all around the world as well as sharpen my skills in sales and strategy with every event. I am a Pan-Africanist and was honored to be push the start of the Model African Union that has now been launched in Universities all through the continent.

I discovered my love for real estate at a young age. My parents would drive us through different neighborhoods on Sunday afternoons where we would dream of what could one day be our own. I did not understand what that feeling was until now because every time I enter a beautiful home and match it to a great client that rush comes back to me all over again.

When I moved back to Kenya, I decided to take my love for housing to the next level and free lanced as a realtor up until I joined Pam Golding in 2018. I joined Judy Njogu in a rental partnership where we rented out over 2 Million in property within our first 4 months together. We continuously ensure our skills and knowledge of the market are refined by the numerous trainings we attend, books we read and people we interact with.

I love being a realtor because it’s more than a house for me. It’s finding the perfect match for a client. I have been able to meet an incredible network of people from all walks of life through this and have learnt to be open-minded, patient and strategic in everything I do. I have learnt that everyone’s journey is different and I become a part of their journey through finding them a home.

I love mountain climbing, swimming, and music. My will is to climb the 7 summits of the world someday because truly anything you put your mind to is possible.
