Hello I’m Nafisa Teja. I specialize in Commercial Property at Pam Golding Properties. Our primary focus is leasing and sales of offices and land for commercial development. We also provide advisory services related to commercial real estate projects.
My knowledge of Nairobi is always growing, my areas of experience are the new Central Business District (CBD) Westlands, including the surrounding areas of Parklands, Gigiri, Riverside & Lavington.
My service delivery is professional, my execution is with attention to detail, my heart is in placing your business venture, expansion or investment in the right commercial places.
With over 10 years of business experience, I have come to appreciate property needs from all sides; a renter, a buyer, a seller, a landlord, an entrepreneur, a developer. I enjoy working diligently to close a good deal, and ensuring all parties walk away from the table happy.
I have a myraid of experience I hope can help you. I graduated from SFU in Vancouver. I began my career there in my field of study, criminal law policy & reform. I worked for a government organisation funded by a UN body. The experience of bureaucracy marveled me.
Moving back home to Nairobi in 2005, I continued to work in human rights, and gradually moved into economic development. The personal highlight of my work in those years was facilitating community families into first-time home ownership. It was greatly satisfying to be part of their tangible success, buying their first family homes.
I relocated to Addis Ababa for 5 years where my curiosity for entrepreneurship grew; initially in trading in a bustling economy, and then in creating and managing a signature restaurant & lounge in the growing pulse of the city.
I returned to Kenya in 2012 to start a family. In between 2 kids, I’ve ventured into a business partnership to manage a UK food franchise start-up, and worked with the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board, assisting with management of housing estates and property development proposals.
