I am Kokstad Agent, Edwin Jenkins.

Hi, I’m Ed and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2012. I specialise in rentals and sales in Kokstad. When I’m not doing that I enjoy playing cricket, polo and spending time with my family. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

During my time at Pam Golding Properties we have opened a brand new office in Kokstad and are at the forefront of everything property related. We take great pride in providing a professional no nonsense service. I am now a qualified NQF4 agent and am working towards my NQF5.

I deal with all property aspects from sale to rental, farms to town houses and residential to commercial in Kokstad, Cedarvielle, Franklin, Matatiele and Swartberg. What I particularly enjoy about the property market is meeting new people from all walks of life and helping them through the biggest financial commitment of their life.

Prior to Pam Golding Properties I worked in the City of London for a Credit Suisse First Boston Investment Bank. After one year the excitement of the Rugby World Cup in Cardiff drew me to register for a Business Administration Degree at Cardiff University which I concluded in 2002.

After this I went back to London and joined Barnard Marcus Estate Agents in Earlsfield and Putney. I then moved to Winkworth Estate Agents in Pimlico and Westminster, eventually I became a Director of the company which involved me helping to run the Pimlico, Battersea, Kennington and Clapham offices. Whilst at Winkworth I became a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

During my time at Winkworth I dealt with the sales and rentals of high value central London properties and on occasions sold to the Hollywood elite. In 2010 one of my high net worth clients at Winkworth asked if I would join him as his Sales Director on Langkawi Island in Malaysia to run the sale of his luxury apartment development overlooking the Andaman Sea.

After 2 years and the imminent birth of my second child, my wife and I decided that we must either settle in the UK or South Africa. My wife won and we now reside in Kokstad! When not at Pam Golding I enjoy running my other business and spending time relaxing with my three young boys and wife or can be found playing cricket or polo.
