Diana Perry

I am Diana Perry

I am Upper Highway
I am the last lingering rays of the sun setting at dusk.
I am the soft soaking rain replenishing the earth.
I am the fall of the leaves and the bend of the bough.
I am the thundering hooves of a thoroughbred in sprint.

I am Upper Highway Agent, Diana Perry

Hi, my name is Diana Perry and I am a proud agent for Pam Golding Properties. I specialise in sales in the Upper Highway area. I have lived I the Upper Highway area for 25 years and have a vested interest in finding the right person for the right house. Real estate is dynamic but also keeps me grounded. I strive to listen and take into consideration all my client’s needs. My speciality is client service! Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

I have had an eclectic career path that is certainly not the norm. I’ve travelled extensively and worked in some challenging and interesting countries. My career spans a few decades mainly in corporate finance in Durban, Bursar at an International School in Botswana, Conference and Events Manager at Oxford University UK and the UK before returning back to South Africa. All profiles revolved around Client Service. Working in multi-cultural environments taught me patience, co-operation and understanding, working in the U.K. with Oxford Dons and motivating staff to meet their requirements gave me a clear understanding of how unique and special South Africans are.

We go the extra mile and accept that as the norm. It is an integral part of who we are and we take it for granted. Only when displaced do you realise that this is a gift we have to share and enjoy. This has always been a source of motivation for me to self-actualise and strive to be better than the rest. I left the UK in 2010, returned to Kloof and joined Pam Golding Properties. I completed my NQF4 Certificate in the first six months and have always had good personal relationships with buyers and sellers alike. I have a B.A. Degree in Psychology that I completed through UNISA whilst working full time at the Bank.

I have a variety of interests, ranging from watching professional sports such as rugby, cricket, tennis, football to nature conservation, love of all animals and alternative healing. I have owned my own horses, ridden in all disciplines, have shown Great Danes and currently own two Toy French Poodles that I brought back from the U.K. with me. They are my constant companions when at home and I love them to bits. I am passionate about Real Estate and each day presents its own specific challenges. No two days are ever the same and this element of my work keeps me inspired. Nothing daunts me and I have an exceptionally high work ethic and give full commitment to everything that I do.
