Hello, my name is Sansi Dietz and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2011. I specialise in sales in Kenya. In my spare time I enjoy exercising and spending time with my family. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property needs.

Since I started working with Pam Golding, I have undergone several training sessions and have gained a lot of experience in the real estate market. Having tackled a large part of Nairobi as both a sale and rental agent, I have now refined my area of expertise to the sales of plots of land and already existing houses as well as some newly built houses in the areas of Spring Valley, Kitisuru, New Kitisuru, Nyari, New Muthaiga, Gigiri and Old Muthaiga.

Over the last 4 years my partner Nili and I have sold over two billion Kenya Shillings worth of property, achieved Gold Club status and have also been recognized on a national level. I have had great exposure to different cultures, personalities and have a wide network which all contributes to my skills as a Pam Golding agent.

I was born in Kenya and after spending the first eight years of my life in Nairobi, I went on to continue my educated in the UK and the USA from prep school level up to University level. Prior to working for Pam Golding I did an internship at Reuters as a producer for Television News and produced several 5 minute feature stories for Reuters’ Africa Journal. I have worked as Secretary for a charitable organization called A New Dawn Trust which was founded in 2003.

After spending a year and a half working with Alliance, an outdoor advertising company, I then went on to work in sales and marketing at a real estate investment and development company based in Nairobi. Following this I joined as a sales consultant for a satellite network solutions company. I was also asked to help coordinate the First Brazil in Easter Africa Expo, which took place in March 2011 and am now a partner in the business. I have worked with Kuki Gallmann since May 2011 helping Mrs. Gallmann with her annual event called the Laikipia Highland Games as well as the 10th Anniversary of the Global Peace Initiative of Woman.

What I love most about working in this industry is helping people find their dream home. I find this to be very satisfying and rewarding. I also love to sell and get a real kick out of linking a buyer to a seller and seeing the process go through. When I see a possible opportunity for a sale, I try my best to convert it in to an actual sale. I love that the real estate world is dynamic and that one gets to meet new people every day.

“I loved working with Sansi and Nili. They are trusted, reliable and give you a full service. They are extremely knowledgeable and they help you to feel at ease in what would otherwise be quite a stressful experience.”
