Hello. I am Michelle Castelyn and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since May 2023. I specialise in both commercial and residential rentals in Kariega in the Eastern Cape. My qualifications include an FET (Further Education and Training) Certificate in Real Estate, and I have 10 years of property experience and counting. I was privileged to start my career in Grahamstown, with its rich history and some of the most beautiful old churches in the country. That’s why it’s often referred to as the City of Saints. I spent six years as a rental administrator before moving to another company to start a rentals book for them. By the time I moved to Kariega, their rentals division was flourishing. My next career step was joining Pam Golding Properties. Being a rental agent is challenging, and no two days are the same. I am passionate about what I do, and a diligent, loyal and hard worker. I always aim to deliver the best possible service to my landlords and tenants, and I love meeting different people from all walks of life. I treat everyone the same as they are all unique, special and have a story to tell! In my leisure time, I enjoy beach walks and the outdoor life.
