Hi, I am Vanessa Vos, the Registered Agent and Manager of Pam Golding Properties in the Belgravia Franchise. I have only recently joined the Pam Golding family in 2015 but I can’t wait to start my career within this fantastic brand. I have only recently joined the Pam Golding Family after running a one of the most successful Estate Agencies in Harare, Donavans’ Property Consultants for 13 years. However, after many discussions with Pam Golding personnel I realized how much support and teaching the brand can offer me and in turn how much more I can offer our clients. I am focused on delivering client-oriented services and committed to “going the extra mile”.

I look to create a culture of dedication and building real relationships with clients through a professional team that is setting a standard in the real estate industry. A belief in establishing close working relationships ensuring clients receive the best possible service and attention from our dedicated team of consultants. By taking charge of the whole process of selling, my goal is to bring unparalleled client satisfaction.

I qualified as a Registered Agent at the Estate Agent Council in Zimbabwe and I have a total of 17 years’ experience in the real estate industry. One of my career highlights in the real estate industry was when I opened and successfully ran one of Harare’s best estate agencies during extremely challenging economic conditions. My most notable and great sale I have done was selling an industrial property to the value of 1.5 million. Both buyer and seller were satisfied with the sale and that’s my main goal, to ensure my clients are happy at the end of each transaction.

What I love most about working in the real estate industry is the fact that I love meeting and dealing with different personalities on a daily basis. I truly enjoy the negotiating aspect of my job and get great satisfaction from achieving a deal that suits all parties. I also enjoy the daily challenges as it keeps me on my toes and always keeps it interesting. I strive to always be professional, honest and hardworking at all times.

In my spare time I love to play bridge and have represented Zimbabwe in many competitions. My greatest achievement was winning a Bronze medal at the open European Championships in Tromso, Norway in 2015. I am passionate about cats and I have many rescue cats as well as support initiatives for animal welfare. I do my best to always treat my clients with the utmost respect and strive to assist them as best I can as I don’t only represent myself as an agent but also this amazing company.
