Hi, I’m Di Neethling and I have been working as a Pam Golding Properties agent since my principal bought the Copperleaf Franchise in March 2015. I have been an agent since 1996 working on different Golf Estates in Gauteng. I pride myself in attention to detail and I am committed to exceeding my customer’s expectations. I try to arm my buyers and sellers with as much knowledge and guidance as possible as well as to help them make well informed decisions.

I am a fully qualified agent and have successfully completed my PDE exam and NQF4 real estate qualification. I strive to make the real estate process an easy and care free experience for first time buyers. It is with intent focus and enthusiasm that I approach my responsibility in fulfilling my client’s individual requirement. It is imperative for me to apply discipline, dedication and determination to all tasks which come my way.

I am a true people’s person and just love working with people on a daily basis. I find it very rewarding to see satisfied clients who either purchased from me again or referred me to other potential buyers and sellers. I really enjoy working with a team who are all focused on the same goal. I am very proud to say that I am part of a great team that has sold more than 700 properties over that last 4 years.

I would have to say that success and job satisfaction would be what I enjoy most about working in the real estate industry. In my opinion it is very important to maintain a high order of success, whether personally or professionally. Just knowing that people have found their dream home and are happy with their purchase gives me inner peace.

My other passion in life is definitely golf and I spend most of my free time out on the course. I am privileged to live and work on the estate so I can pop onto the course after a hard day’s work for a quick 9 hole game.
