I’m June Perrett and I have enjoyed working with Pam Golding Properties since 2002, in Britannia Bay and Shelley Point.
I have lived in this wonderful area for 21 years and I have never been so contented!
I love to walk the 5 kilometres of the Golden Mile beach, which is amazing and I watch the dolphins, seals, the visiting Southern Right Whales and recently, about 100 Humpback Whales that remained in the bay for about a week!
I love the sea; swimming, boating, in fact, anything that gets me in or on the sea. I am also a very keen golfer, albeit with a not-so-keen handicap!
I look forward to having guests and clients, in fact anyone to whom I can show off this fantastic area in which I live.
I truly love this area and would love to show it to you.
As an agent for Pam Golding Properties I have been fortunate to receive the finest, on-going training possible; I have passed the Estate Agency Affairs Board PDE examination and have achieved my NQF Level 4 qualification. I have also completed a Professional Selling Skills course.
After a life-long career in the clothing industry, I have now been in Real Estate for 20 years and, as they say, a change is as good as a rest.
I thoroughly enjoy being an estate agent, to be able to showcase gorgeous homes, to meet so many people, a large number of whom are now firm friends.
My expertise is in beachfront and coastal homes, also vacant land in and around Britannia Bay and Shelley Point.
I was a PGP Gold Club agent for five consecutive years and was extremely proud to achieve “Agent of the Year” which we celebrated in style, in Egypt.
I successfully obtained the full asking price of R5 million for a lovely, beachfront home and R4,7 million for a stunning, hilltop home with stunning sea and great golf course views.
Being a good estate agent is a definitely a full time job and I take my work very seriously, but…. there has to be time for fun and as many of my clients play golf, this is a good excuse to indulge my favourite hobby!
Fortunately, I have had many happy clients over the years, it’s a fabulous feeling when you know that your job has been well done; a great feeling of achievement and satisfaction.
I like to feel that my clients know me, like me and are able to trust me.
I think the nicest compliment (at least I think it was a compliment) I received was when I had taken a couple out to view several beachfront homes…. and had found “their dream home” for them.
The gentleman told me:- “you are not like any estate agent that I have ever known……. you are quite delightful!”
