“Live with a wide-open heart.”

Hi there. I am Louise van Heerden and I have been with Pam Golding Properties Brackenfell since 2017, where I have striven to develop and maintain good relationships with all my clients. My focus areas are Brackenfell.

I grew up on a farm in the Breede Valley. After I matriculated with merit, I left the small-town life behind to study graphic design at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Over time I realised that, even though I am creative and artistic, my passion lies elsewhere. I was determined to be successful in life, but I also wanted to enjoy it to the fullest. Whilst searching for my calling, I started my career in the sales and service industry at a very young age, where I’ve had many achievements and awards, including numerous top sales agent awards and promotion to management at the biggest Vodacom franchise in the Western Cape. I’ve developed and implemented a wide range of transferable skills that allow me to excel in my role as a real estate sales agent.

When I'm not working, I mainly spend my free time with my husband and our daughter. I love reading her story books, taking family outings and to cook up a storm for my loved ones to enjoy. Hiking in the mountains, camping in any natural environment, lounging by the pool or simply a braai with friends and family takes me away from the busy modern lifestyle. The artist in me always makes time to get creative by painting and refurbishing old furniture and I also mastered the art of professional baking and cake decorating.

I am a woman of many talents and would relish the opportunity to immediately bring this level of success to others. I believe that everyone has a story, and each one fascinates me. It’s the people I meet, that I would otherwise not have known, and the life stories they share with me that I love the most about my job.

I would be happy to help you in any way I can, and I’d love to meet with you and chat about the real estate market in your area over a cup of coffee.

Live Remarkable.

Work and live to serve others, to leave the world a little better than you found it and garner for yourself as much peace of mind as you can. This is happiness
