Willi Pienaar

I am Willi Pienaar

I am Bethlehem
I am the local artists striking a chord at Die Punt.
I am the delightful birdsong heralding a new day.
I am the Sandstone Mountains and Loch Athlone dam.
I am the sugary snow-covered peaks over winter months.
I am the fresh nature walks along the banks of a dam.

I am Bethlehem Franchisee, Willi Pienaar.

Hi, I’m Willi and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2002. I specialise in rentals, sales and commercial sales in Bethlehem as well as focusing on Reitz, Tweeling, Paul Roux, Senekal, Marquard, Rosendal, Ficksburg and Fouriesburg. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, home decorating and spending time with my family. My approach to working with people is to make them feel safe and special. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements. I am sure I will find you the house of your dreams. Please come and see me.

My job is to solve problems on a daily basis and with all my years working at Pam Golding I have mastered the skills to achieve a very high standard. Addressing people especially at big gatherings is one of my strong points. I have a Diploma in Advanced Property Practice and have obtained my NQF4 in real estate as well as being qualified as an Assessor and Moderator. I’ve also achieved the honour of being Bethlehem Business Woman of the Year in 2009 and my Bethlehem franchise achieved Top Honours in my Category in 2013.

What I love most about working in the real estate industry is the fact that I get to work with people and get a chance to fulfil all their needs and expectations. I love to work with the different attorneys in town and exchange knowledge about the real estate industry as well as law aspects. I also enjoy handling all the problem areas and complaints that come into my office. I strive to solve problems in a professional manner as well as using the knowledge I have gained over the years working in the real estate field.

When I’m not assisting my clients I enjoy gardening, old furniture and home decorating. My family is very important to me and I stay in contact with them on a daily basis. I attend the Womans Agricultural Union meetings and have been a member for the past 25 years. I am also a member of the local Bethlehem Garden society and have often held some of the meetings on my premises. I love working with people that have the same interests and being a part these groups assists me greatly in making new friends and new possible clients.
