Hein Pienaar

I am Hein Pienaar

I am Bethlehem
I am the dancing sound of rain hitting a tin roof.
I am the Sandstone Walking Route snaking through town.
I am the mountains changing colour during a thunderstorm.
I am the cheering rugby players packed into Gemsbok Hall.
I am the snow settling quietly on wintry Lesotho Mountains.

I am Bethlehem Franchisee, Hein Pienaar.

Good day, I’m Hein and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties in Bethlehem since 2004. I specialize in management and developments. I assist with farm sales, any proposals to be done and I do training for new agents in the field. I also do proposals to clients. I am at your service for any help with developments or property related questions. In my spare time I enjoy photography and any documentary films on buildings, cars and travel. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

I have 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry and in that time I have achieved Gold Club Agent status. I’m a fast learner and my biggest asset that I have learnt from Pam is “Empathy”. I always put myself in my client’s shoes and try to see a problem from their perspective. I have successfully obtained my NQF4 in real estate and have done most of the courses at Pam Golding Properties. I’ve also obtained a Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Higher Diploma in Meteorology.

What I enjoy most about my work is the training and solving work related problems. It is a huge challenge to satisfy developer’s needs for development and I must be hands on with the newest bylaws for new developments. I like the challenge and going out with the developers, trying to assist them with advice and building challenges for cluster homes with my background knowledge in building. I also assist land surveyors and assessors with commercial property assessments.

When I’m not assisting my clients I enjoy photography and any documentary films. I love spending time with my family and adore my granddaughter. I’m part of the museum and was a member of the Bethlehem museum trust for at last twenty years. Old tractors and implements fascinate me and I do quite a lot of reading and googling on the working of old implements. I was also part of the Afrikaans culture and was a member of the Rapportryers for at least thirty years, and have since retired but still attend certain meetings held during the year.

“Hein loves being an agent at PGP and teaching new agents on a regular basis. He likes to read about agent and client relationships as well as conveying it to the agents. He also does all the admin management and implementing new concepts and rules.”
