Dionne Bothma

I am Dionne Bothma

I am Amanzimtoti
I am the sardine nets bursting at their seams.
I am the quiet crescent where kids can play.
I am the fish and chips eaten on the beach.
I am the European Swallows in the estuary reeds.
I am the beachfront promenade of Amanzimtoti.

I am Amanzimtoti agent, Dionne Bothma.

Hello, I'm Dionne and I've been working for Pam Golding Properties since 2007. I specialise in residential real estate selling houses, townhouses and flats in Amanzimtoti and coastline area. I hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification (NQF4) as well as having written the Estate Agents Board Exam in 2004. I have 12 years’ experience in property sales in Amanzimtoti where I have lived for 40 years. If this is where you want to invest, get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

This profession is about being diligent at finding and fulfilling your client’s needs. It is rewarding to have a happy buyer and seller as well as knowing that you have helped them with one of the biggest investments they will possibly make. I always listen to what my clients are looking for, with regards to their needs and the accommodation they want. There are important considerations to keep in mind such as having a boat to park or a level property for an elderly person who can’t manage stairs.

My recent listing developments are in the heart of Amanzimtoti which has distant sea views. There are 22 stands, 6 of which are still available to build on, 4 of these have sea views and the other two are much bigger and have inland views. Two stands have been built on to plan, ready for a purchaser to design a kitchen and chose the finishing’s. If a suitable property is out there, I will find it for them!

I grew up in the Transkei, so am able to communicate in Xhosa and have knowledge of Zulu having had the same housekeeper for 35 years. I have a son and a daughter, both of whom are now married. I have also been blessed with 2 grandchildren. My husband and I love spending time with them and supporting their sporting activities.

We own a few Nguni cattle, keep Koi Fish and Bonsais which we enjoy and keep us busy on weekends. I am a qualified pattern maker and dress designer, so still enjoy making clothes for my daughter. I like to exercise and enjoy the outdoors. Our favourite get away destination is the Umfolozi Game Reserve which we frequently go to whenever possible.

“I would like to express my appreciation for all your commitment, hard work and tremendous achievement since joining Coastline Properties by inviting you and your hubby to stay for a weekend at our villa in San Lameer. Congratulations and well done!”

Mr Cliff

“Dionne was very knowledgeable about the properties. With an area that we had not even heard about, Dionne hit the nail on the head. She has been very helpful and diligent throughout the whole process, she has kept us informed of the progress throughout. Her kindness, patience, resourcefulness, dedication and personal touch comes as a pleasant surprise.”

“I hope that Pam Golding is aware of the asset they have with you, your warmth, friendliness and integrity. It's a pity that you are not an agent in Pinetown and Kloof because we certainly would make use of your services in those areas now that we were blessed to meet you!”

Greg Rutherford

“Thank you for finding a buyer for our land. We are really happy. We want you to know that we appreciate all your hard work, friendly attitude, patience and trustworthiness. We will definitely recommend you to our friends. I am sure Pam Golding realizes your value to them!”
