Hello! I am Brenda Armstrong and I’ve been with Pam Golding Properties since 2010, specialising in rentals in Amanzimtoti and surrounding from Athlone Park to Illovo Beach. When not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. There is a right place for everyone, so let me assist you in finding and securing that “right” place for you.

I previously worked at another Real Estate Agency for 10 years and have now been with Pam Golding Properties for 6 years. I have gained a good understanding and knowledge of how to deal with people and finding the right property to suit the needs of the tenants and how to look after the owners and their properties.

I am a qualified Rental Consultant in the Real Estate industry, passed the Board examinations in 2002 and achieved the NQF Level 4 qualification in 2011. I have attended all possible seminars, training, roadshows and workshops which included many different subjects related to Real Estate and given me added information or refreshed previous knowledge reminding me of points to look out for and how to deal with situations which might arise in the future. There is always something new to learn and advantageous at some stage. I enjoy meeting other people at the venues who share the same interest.

Dealing with TPN has helped show me how to see who I am dealing with, whether the tenant had been paying their rent before and what to look out for before taking them on as a tenant. I have referred many owners, their properties and tenants to my colleagues for selling and purchasing. I know the properties which I deal with very well because of doing thorough inspections and inventories if it is a furnished unit.  

After having a Daycare Centre and looking after children for 15 years, I am now dealing with adults and helping them to realize their dreams of being happy where they reside which gives me great satisfaction. So from being entrusted with someone’s main concern, their children, I now can be the person for clients to trust in finding the right property for them as it is a big investment. I am a dedicated and reputable agent always giving my best professional service.

I like to be on a friendly basis with my owners and tenants and find this to be a better approach when dealing with problems and difficult situations as well as make time to lend a listening ear which is sometimes more rewarding. I strive to always be the best I can be and do not just give up when receiving a negative answer from a client. I go the extra mile with organizing of repairs, electricity and water as well as following up on queries as quick as possible. I take phone calls at all times and if I happen to miss a call, I return the call as soon as possible.
