In 2000, The Pam Golding Property Group launched their own Training Academy in association with the Standard Bank of South Africa, with the objective of raising industry standards and delivering constantly improving service excellence. The facilitators are all recognised as authorities in the industry, and have elevated the levels of professionalism, established best practices and set the tone for real estate training through this dynamic academy. The Pam Golding Property Group now boasts three national training facilities empowering more than 7 500 delegates per year.

In 2008, following the Department of Trade and Industry's new regulations for estate agents, The Pam Golding Property Group will invest R30 million towards implementing the updated FET Certificate in Real Estate at it's training facilities. The qualification will provide the intellectual basis that will transform the real estate industry to a profession.
