ALCHEMY - Database Marketing

Alchemy is a bespoke online Client Relationship Management tool, exclusively developed for Pam Golding Properties managers and agents to enable them to market properties to their database of buyers immediately - making it an efficient and effective personalised marketing tool.

It allows agents to consistently communicate with the buyer and seller throughout the buying and selling cycle, thus enhancing delivery. The transactional cycle connects clients and agents via email, SMS, showday invitations, property portfolios, new property releases, mandate terms and the area’s recent sales. Alchemy is database-linked so agents are able to pull information from our database of over 260 000 into the e-templates, which also allows the buyer or seller to click through directly to the PGP website for more details about the featured property.
