Rentals and Administration
Our Residential Rentals Division caters for both short-term and long-term rentals, servicing a wide range of markets, from holiday accommodation to corporate relocation needs. Available rentals are marketed extensively through our company office network, website and the media, and lessors are provided with an efficient administration service according to their requirements.

Many of the properties within the portfolio are administered on behalf of absentee landlords, whereby the Rentals Division is entrusted to screen applicants, do credit checks, and take instruction in respect of legal and maintenance matters. The Rentals Division is also able to assess relevant properties and determine possible rental returns.
Sectional Title / Home Owners Assoc.

We aim to provide a superior service to landlords, tenants and trustees, owners and occupiers of sectional title units. As custodians of property we are committed to achieving the best possible returns within the agreed parameters in order to achieve the maximisation of the capital value in the short medium or long term.

Services offered are financial management and reporting, insurance management, administrative, legal and secretarial services, physical management (staff, security etc.) and operational management.

Developments
The Pam Golding Property Group is instrumental in the sale and purchase of millions of Rands worth of development property every month. Where appropriate, specialised development teams have been set up within Pam Golding Properties to assist in the ongoing marketing and sales of development opportunities.

We provide input to viability studies where our knowledge of the local market is essential in helping to assess profitability of the venture. To date, we have done over R500million worth of development sales in Southern Africa, and are considered the market leaders in residential Golf Estate developments.
