Hello, I’m Rory and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties in Modimolle since 2016. I specialise in larger properties such as Eco estates, large farms (agricultural and game) as well as smaller boutique farms. With my background in conservation, nature and marketing I go out of my way to firstly understand my clients’ needs and requirements and then to ensure that when I bring a property to them, it is in line with their vision. The areas that I work in include Modimolle, Bela-Bela, Mookgophong, Vaalwater, Thabazimbi and Rooiberg. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

As I live on a farm myself I can support my clients in answering questions about their requirements and needs. I do thorough research about all my properties and aim to match dreams of selling with dreams of buying the perfect farm! I love linking people who want to sell to people who want to buy the perfect property. I have extensive experience in the real estate industry due to the fact that I was an Intern Agent, South African Right of Way Agent and an International Right of Way Agent. In my spare time I like to relax by being in nature, walking, bird watching, tree and plant identification as well as enjoy various sports.

I started working in the technical (electrical) industry in 1978 and moved from there into the marketing and customer service fields of which I have 26 years of experience. I have a passion for people, customer service, business improvement and relationship marketing. After completing my B.Comm Degree at Unisa I also qualified as a Chartered Marketer. The natural environment has always interested me and as an Honorary Game Ranger I accumulated knowledge and experience of the bush whereby appreciating the eco-systems and getting to know the bushveld trees, plants and animals quite well completing the Field guide training Level 1.

I also have 12 years’ experience in running my own business where attention to my customers is of utmost importance. I focussed on Environmental assessments, Land and Rights (Right of Way Acquisition’s), consulting services such as Tariffs, Business plans, Marketing, Project Management of Residential developments, Independent Environmental Control Officer and Land Liaison Officer for Projects. I also assist customers in ensuring profitable business, business plans and quality assurance, implementable plans and recommendations, project coordination including civil, electrical, security, water services, successful land and rights acquisitions for power line, railway and pipeline routes and substation sites negotiations.
