Signed Buyers

we are pleased to have signed
the first Preliminary Reservation
Contracts, confirming the interest
of buyers for this magnificent
estate, and are planning to
take the development to the
European market in early September.
Construction Kicks Off
Construction of on-site services
has started, the site is cleared
and the plots pegged, giving
visitors an opportunity to understand
precisely the location of the
future villas and to appreciate
the spectacular views of Tamarin
Bay, the river, the golf course
at Tamarina and the surrounding
mountains.

Hotel
Responding to this demand,
Medine, the development
company responsible for
Tamarina and Akasha, has
begun construction of
a 50-bedroom boutique
hotel on the land adjacent
to the Beach Club, that
will contribute positively
to the facilities, lifestyle
and ambiance of the entire
complex.
Opening of Hotel
The hotel is scheduled
to open at the end of
2010. In order to accommodate
the hotel guests at the
Beach Club, the restaurant
will also be extended.

Shopping Centre
Less than five kilometres from
Akasha, Medine is also developing
a shopping centre with well-known
anchor tenants (including a
supermarket, Pick 'n Pay) and
an office park.
