Memnon is designed to fit in with the quaint
stone-built houses of the rest of the surrounding
villages.
The initial phase comprises 6 houses set
on 3 stands adjoining each other.
Each stand will have 2 houses. Each house
is roughly 230m2 in size, including the
garage and underground area.
The under ground area which measures 77m2,
is actually 1 meter below the surface and
1.8meters above, with 3 large windows and
a separate garage. This area can be modified
to be used as a wine cellar, a study, or
as a 3rd bedroom with an en-suite bathroom,
at the clients request and cost.
Each house will have 2 bedrooms with en-suite
bathrooms and walk-in closets and a guest
toilet.
The living room, dining area and kitchen
are open plan leading on to a large balcony
covered by a wooden pergola.
All 6 homes are south easterly facing with
sea views.
The development is roughly 400 meters as
the crow flies and 650 meters from the nearest
beach.
The upstairs bedroom leads out to the roof
terrace which has its own pergola.
The floors will by laid with solid wood
which will be white washed.
The ceiling will also be covered with wooden
beams and the trusses will be exposed and
white washed too.
The surrounding garden will be laid out
with olive trees and each stand will be
enclosed by a stone wall, and will have
its own entrance gate.
