Founded in 1976, The
Pam Golding International Property Group is South Africa's
largest independent residential and commercial property
company. Named
after its founder and Chairman Pam Golding, the Group
has over 3000 real estate professionals globally and operates in both the
residential and commercial sectors, including game farms,
wine farms, holiday rentals, long-term rentals, vacant
land, hotels, golf estates, residential developments,
auctions and offshore property investments. It is the largest independant property services company in Southern Africa and this leadership position is even more dominant in the
more elite residential property sector. In 1986, the company took the lead in marketing South African companies abroad by opening an office in London.
With its head quarters based in Bishopscourt,
Cape Town, the group is comprised of twelve operating

In 1999 a strategic alliance was forged
with the UK-based Savills Property Group, which has
285 offices in over 22 countries around the world. This
association provides clients with the knowledge and
comfort that the Pam Golding Property Group has resources
and expertise which are at the cutting edge of global
property trends, and which can be brought to bear on
both international buyers in South Africa, and South
Africans with residential property needs internationally.

As Chairman
and founder of the Pam Golding Property Group, I have
always had a passion for property. It is therefore deeply
gratifying to celebrate over 30 years of unprecedented success
in the real estate industry from both a local and global
perspective. My role has in recent years evolved
into an ambassadorial one as a global networker and
facilitator - both in terms of promoting South Africa
to the world at large and marketing South African properties
internationally. As a member of a number of local and
global government and business initiatives, I am extremely
fortunate to be ideally placed to forge links with high-profile
leaders in business and government worldwide.

Having entered the international arena
by opening a PGP office in London in 1986, when South
Africa's image was at its worst, the Group has always
