Born and raised in the UK, Jackie Bauermeister has extensive experience in the financial services industry where she consulted for one of the UK’s leading financial retailers and was dedicated to equipping staff with the knowledge, customer service skills and sales expertise needed to reach their full potential and become highly effective individuals through the design, implementation and delivery of Coaching/Training Programmes. Thereafter she spent 4 years in Spain in the Holiday Ownership industry and played an important role in the launch of what was to become the fastest selling Holiday Ownership Resort in Europe.
For the past 3 years, Jackie has been involved nationally in the fractional ownership industry involved in the recruitment and training of a specialised sales team, operations management and the implementation of the Pam Golding Fractional Ownership Hospitality and Management Services.
We see the joint vacation ownership industry and specifically the fractional market in South Africa as the biggest booming market segment with immeasurable potential.
