The core business of Pam Golding Hospitality is the facilitation of transactions in the hotel, lodge and guesthouse and restaurant industry together with operator procurement, the raising of finance, hotel feasibility studies and tourism research assignments. Pam Golding Hotels was founded by Joop Demes, a chartered accountant by trade, in 1997 to service the corporate hotel market in Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean and is the market leader in hotel investment transactions, development facilitation, capital raising and operator procurement. 


PAM GOLDING LODGES AND GUESTHOUSES


Pam Golding Lodges and Guesthouses is another specialist hospitality company formed by Demes in 2005 to service the market for (Game) Lodges, Guesthouses and Boutique Hotels up to around 45 rooms. PGLAG dominates the market place and operates throughout South and Southern Africa with offices in Somerset West, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Knysna. The company is headed by Peter Bruil, who has considerable hands on expertise at international management level and as an owner in South Africa.


PAM GOLDING TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY CONSULTING


Pam Golding Tourism and Hospitality Consulting headed by Kamil Abdul-Karrim, ex-Director of Strategic Marketing at Southern Sun, was founded by Demes in 2007. Kamil serves as a non–executive Director on the Board of the JSE listed Hospitality Property Fund and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Hospitality Property Fund. With Kamil we are rapidly becoming the leading organisation in Southern Africa for feasibility studies, valuations, research assignments, and general consulting for the tourism and hospitality industry.
