Kenton-on-Sea is known as the place between two rivers - everyone can be kept busy in this eco tourist paradise. We are also situated only 15 minutes from the popular destination of Port Alfred with its brand new Rosehill shopping mall and 30 minutes away from the settler city of Grahamstown, home to Rhodes University and the excellent private schools of St Andrews, DSG and Kingswood. Arts and crafts in the region are well represented every year at the famous National arts Festival which is also held in Grahamstown.

Take a 10 - 15 minute drive inland and experience the wonder of a true African game drive in any one of the BIG FIVE game reserves in close proximity to Kenton including the world famous Shamwari and Kariega game reserves. The Greater Addo National Park is home to the BIG 7 (Big 5 plus Southern right whale & great white shark) and boasts 5 out of the 6 different biomes of the world, and is destined to become the third largest national park in South Africa.

Whale spotting is growing rapidly worldwide and Kenton has its own families of these incredible mammals visiting its coast annually.
