Becoming a Full Status Agent is a process that takes a minimum of 12 months to achieve, here’s how we’ll get you started:
Induction and orientation: We’ll introduce you to the Pam Golding family and “The PGP Way”, a programme we’ve designed to give you an overview of logbook training and our bespoke agent systems and training site.
Inspired training: Get on-the-job training as you job shadow managers, other agents, principals, administrators and your Mentor. Along the way, you’ll collate practical learnings, estate agency functions and activities into your logbook and get the skills training needed to ready you for your NQF4 qualification (National Qualification in Real Estate).
Onwards and upwards: After you’ve spent 12 months with us and filled your logbook, we’ll enrol you in a workshop to get you ready to take on your PDE (Professional Designation Exam) with confidence. Once you’ve passed your exam and become a Full Status Agent, we’ll make sure you continue on your upward learning curve and training through the Pam Golding Properties Training Academy.
